From the older streets near downtown to the newer neighborhoods in Summerlin and Centennial Hills, Las Vegas lawns have the same problem: grass drinks a lot of water and still browns out in July. Pure Turf & Hardscape USA installs artificial turf across Las Vegas, NV, using turf we manufacture ourselves and crews who work for us, not subcontractors.
Our office is in the valley at 5974 S Edmond St, so Las Vegas jobs are close to home. In many cases we can start within 24 hours of signing, once any HOA or rebate approvals are in place.
Around Las Vegas
The City of Las Vegas is bigger than most visitors think. It runs from the historic core around Fremont Street and Las Vegas City Hall on Main Street out to Summerlin and Centennial Hills on the west and north edges of the valley. The Strip itself sits outside city limits, in Paradise and Winchester. Summerlin, Centennial Hills and The Lakes are all inside the city, and Downtown Summerlin sits on Festival Plaza Drive. Lawns across the city use a lot of water to stay green.
Turf, Water and Rebates in Las Vegas
Most of the city gets its water from the Las Vegas Valley Water District, which serves metropolitan Las Vegas and parts of unincorporated Clark County. That matters for turf, because it changes your rebate.
As of October 2026, the Southern Nevada Water Authority's Water Smart Landscapes rebate lists $5 per square foot for the first 10,000 square feet of grass a single-family home converts, and the Las Vegas Valley Water District offers an extra $2 per square foot. That is where "up to $7 per square foot" comes from. You must have a pre-conversion site visit before any grass comes out, or the project is not eligible. We handle the paperwork and the timing for you at no extra charge.
