Every install follows the same steps: we remove the old grass and plants, grade the ground for drainage, build and compact a crushed rock or decomposed granite base, lay and seam the turf, add infill and finish the edges.
For golfers, putting greens give you a short-game practice area right outside the back door, with real cups and flags. When your yard needs something different, custom grass lets us shape turf into curves, borders, inlays and designs with pavers and rock.
Pet owners love our dog runs and pet turf. Dogs get a clean, green place to play, and you get a yard that drains and is easy to rinse. For families, playground turf gives kids a soft surface under swings and play sets.

Artificial Turf for Las Vegas Homes and Businesses
Las Vegas sits in the Mojave Desert, and water rules here are getting tighter. The Southern Nevada Water Authority offers rebates to eligible customers who replace grass, and Nevada law bars Colorado River water from irrigating grass that only exists for looks on property that is not zoned for single-family homes, starting January 1, 2027.
Heat is the other big factor. Turf surfaces can get hot in the summer sun, so where it goes, how much shade it gets and what infill is used all matter. We talk through those choices with you before we build.

As of October 2026, the Southern Nevada Water Authority Water Smart Landscapes rebate lists $5 per square foot for the first 10,000 square feet a single-family home converts, and Las Vegas Valley Water District customers can get an extra $2 per square foot. The most important rule: a pre-conversion site visit has to happen before any grass comes out, or the project is not eligible. We schedule every step in the right order so you keep the rebate. Most grass-to-turf conversions for homes fall between $7,000 and $20,000.
